Refund Policy

admit stands behind the work. If you complete the program and your SAT score doesn't move, we refund you. This page explains exactly how.

The +100 point guarantee

If you study with admit for at least 8 consecutive weeks and your official SAT score does not improve by at least 100 points over your starting baseline, we will refund the full subscription fee you paid.

Who qualifies

The guarantee applies to every subscriber who meets all of the following:

• Has an honest baseline score on file — entered during onboarding from a real SAT, a Bluebook official practice test, or completed inside admit during the first week of the subscription.
• Studies for at least 4 days per week on average for 8 or more consecutive weeks. Activity is automatically tracked by the Service.
• Completes at least 2 full-length practice tests on admit during that window.
• Takes an official SAT (administered by the College Board) within 90 days of the end of the study window and submits the score.

How to claim

1. Email support@admit.kz with the subject “+100 guarantee”.
2. Include your College Board score report (a screenshot from your College Board account is fine) showing the official SAT score and date.
3. We'll verify your study activity against the qualifying criteria and respond within 5 business days.
4. If your claim qualifies, we issue a full refund to the original payment method via Stripe within 7 business days.

Standard cancellation

Separate from the guarantee, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active until it ends.

We do not pro-rate refunds for unused time within a paid period unless required by applicable consumer protection law. If you cancel a quarterly or annual plan within 14 days of the initial purchase and have not yet completed a full-length practice test, we will refund the full amount as a goodwill gesture — just email support.

What we don't refund

• Subscriptions where the qualifying study activity above was not completed.
• Score regressions on practice tests inside the Service — only the official SAT counts toward the guarantee.
• Renewals more than 90 days old without a qualifying claim attached.
