Terms of Service
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding contract between you and admit (“admit”, “we”, “us”) and govern your use of the admit SAT preparation platform available at admit.kz and any related subdomains, services, and applications (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, completing the onboarding quiz, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. The Service
admit provides SAT preparation tools, including diagnostic assessments, adaptive practice, score analytics, a mistake journal, and personalized study plans. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with monthly, quarterly, and annual plans. admit is a study tool and does not guarantee any particular SAT score or admissions outcome — those decisions are made by the College Board and individual colleges.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and renewal
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@admit.kz; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Prices are listed in US dollars. We may change pricing for future billing periods; any change will be communicated by email at least 14 days before it takes effect.
5. Refunds and the +100 point guarantee
Our refund policy, including the conditions of the +100 point guarantee, is described in full at admit.kz/refund and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or sublicense your account or paid content;
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Service;
- Use the Service to harass other users or send unsolicited communications;
- Attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, or rate limits;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
7. Content and intellectual property
All practice questions, explanations, study plans, scoring algorithms, and other materials on the Service are the property of admit or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own SAT preparation. SAT® is a registered trademark of the College Board, which is not affiliated with admit and does not endorse the Service.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as journal entries or support messages) and grant admit a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, with notice when possible.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, admit disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in any particular SAT score.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, admit's total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at admit.kz/terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be submitted to the competent courts of Almaty, Kazakhstan.
